With lots of new projects in the works, Konami just doesn't seem interested in revisiting Kojima's take on the franchise. Today, we announced a partnership between Xbox Game Studios and Kojima Productions to create a video game for Xbox like no one has ever experienced or seen before leveraging the power of the cloud. Sadly absent from the proceedings, however, was any mention of "P.T." The canceled project never even received a mention from any of the announcers or interviewees during the showcase, further cementing the idea that "P.T." isn't coming back. by Will Tuttle, Xbox Wire Editor in Chief 1:26pm. While fans didn't get answers to every lingering question – especially with one rumored project notably missing from the big showcase - they still got a tantalizing look at the future of the franchise. These included a remake of the classic " Silent Hill 2," a "deep psychological horror" game known as " Silent Hill: Townfall," and the mysterious " Silent Hill f." In addition to these games, an exciting interactive experience called " Silent Hill: Ascension" was revealed, along with a new movie, "Return to Silent Hill." In a massive showcase dubbed the " Silent Hill Transmission," Konami unveiled a series of new games and other projects currently in the works.
